After many years of not finding the right balance with her diet and lifestyle, Sal became exhausted, burnt out and generally unwell.  She didn’t understand what she was doing to her body and why she was feeling this way.  This is why Sal now runs ‘Get to know your health’ workshops to give you the knowledge and empowerment to make your own choices and manage your own health and well-being.
