We at Whole Food Nutrition do not claim to fix mental health but we believe that the practice of Nutritional Medicine appeases most mental illness. Given that 90% of our feel good neurotransmitters (ex; serotonin, melatonin and dopamine) are made in the gut it is logical to feed your body nutritional food enabling the gut and body to thrive.
