Chemical Additives

Chemical Additives

What do you know about Food Additives?

Most of us don’t take too much notice of the numbers on our food packaging until it’s too late. Until we have an awakening of some sort that makes us jolt and take notice. And why is that? It’s because we trust in the status quo of modern life. We trust in the big brands and trust that they look after our families’ wellbeing.

Some of us may not even know that the bread we feed our children is laced with sugar, preservatives and flavour enhancers. Poison that critically affects our children’s physical and mental health both in the short and long term.

To get you and your family going in the right direction, we have replicated a list of additives that one should avoid at all times.  Foods containing these additives make food synthetic, processed and of very low quality. Eliminating these foods from your everyday diet will make an enormous difference to your health.
